She has expertise in transitioning preterm infants to the breast using non-nutritive sucking, nipple shields and test weights; using creamatocrits to initiate hindmilk interventions for preterm infants; and treating nipple and breast issues such as nipple candida and low milk supply.

She is also adjunct faculty at the College of Nursing at MUSC and South University teaching women's health and research courses online. She speaks nationally on breastfeeding topics as well as the health effects of vitamin D on women's health. If you would like her to speak at your event please contact her through this site.

While preparing for the IBCLC exam several years ago, Pamela identified the strong need for an online resource that provides a compilation of Lactation Consultant CERP's and continuing education in the field of lactation.

This website is the direct response to this need. We are always looking to ADD CONFERENCES to our database.
