This two-day update and half day exam review program will update your research-based practice and help you prepare for the IBLCE exam.
The first two days provide a review of the IBLCE exam blueprint and the research to support this. The half-day covers test-taking strategies, photos and practice exams. The half-day can be taken alone if you have completed a Foundations for Best Practice in Lactation Care 5-day course in the 6 months preceding the course starting date.

Course Description
Foundations for Best Practice in Lactation Care: The 5 Day Course, is a complete, in-person, core program to begin practice in evidence-based breastfeeding and lactation care. Participants will be able to provide accurate, current and consistent information about breastfeeding and lactation and be able to support new families in feeding their babies from birth through the process of weaning. Each participant will be given the knowledge to work with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for breastfeeding mothers and infants.
